Introduction to SCUBA Diving

Your first time on SCUBA will feel amazing! For most divers, that first breath underwater is unforgettable, opening the door to a different world. What you will feel and see are unique. There is no experience like diving!

What are we going to do?

We will start by giving you an explanation of the dive equipment! What each part does and how to use it. How to equalize  the pressure in your ear, basic underwater communication, how to breath and move underwater followed by some simple exercises in confined water to get you comfortable in the water. After this we will go on your first dive adventure!
